Centering Your Life with Yoga...

Welcome!  I have been practicing yoga since 1999, and am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Certified Chair Yoga Teacher through Aura Wellness Center.

After spending over 30 years in the corporate world, I learned to control my high stress level by making yoga and meditation my way of life.  Now I am  pursuing my passion of helping and inspiring others to achieve their fullest potential through body and breath awareness.

I teach Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga, focusing on students of all ages and abilities. I also teach Vinyasa ("Flow Yoga") to students
who are looking for more balancing, strengthening poses.

Private lessons are also available.

Yoga is a practice that unites mind, body, and spirit. Combining asanas (postures) with meditation and ethics for living, yoga is more than exercise, it is a wholistic approach to living.

On a physical level, yoga asanas help to strengthen, tone, and create flexibility in the body. Yogic breathing increases lung capacity, soothes tension out of the muscles, and helps to achieve deep levels of relaxation

Yoga is suitable for all people, all body types, and all ages. A regular yoga practice can keep the mind clear and alert, and bring a sense of calm and peace into our lives.
