Welcome to my website, where you can access my teaching schedule and other information. I began my personal yoga journey in 1999 and I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Certified Chair Yoga Teacher.
After spending over 30 years in the corporate world, I learned to control my high stress level by making yoga and meditation my way of life. Now I am pursuing my passion of helping and inspiring others to achieve their fullest potential through body and breath awareness.
I teach Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, and yoga for all levels classes, focusing on students of all ages and abilities. I also teach Vinyasa (“Flow Yoga”) to students of all levels who are looking for more balancing, strengthening postures.
